As Assistant Spa Manager, you will work closely with the Head Therapist and senior leadership team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the spa. You will help lead the team, maintain exceptional service standards, and deliver a consistently outstanding guest experience.
This role combines hands-on operational involvement with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for an experienced therapist ready to step into a management position within a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the daily management and operation of the spa, ensuring a seamless guest journey at all times
*
Assist in leading, motivating, and developing the spa team to deliver exceptional service standards
*
Deliver treatments when required, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and care
*
Monitor guest satisfaction, responding to feedback and resolving concerns promptly and effectively
*
Oversee scheduling, team rota planning, and treatment bookings to optimise efficiency
*
Support stock control, product management, and retail performance within the spa
*
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
*
Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience

Candidate Profile
*
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty/Spa Therapy
*
Previous experience in a senior therapist or supervisory role within a luxury spa environment
*
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team
*
Passion for wellness, guest care, and delivering memorable experiences
*
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*
Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach
