Job Description
* Coordinate and support sales activities within the department.
* Work with the B2B Marketing Lead, our Senior Leadership Team and CEO to manage sale leads.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Schedule appointments to showcase and pitch solutions, products and expertise.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns.
* Work alongside the sales team to achieve set targets and KPIs.
* Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and documentation to support sales, growth and development projects.
* Contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Coordinator should have:
