Trainee SEN Teacher

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our teaching team. Day-to-day of the role:
* Support classroom activities and learning under the guidance of the lead teacher.
* Assist with the preparation of learning materials and the classroom environment.
* Provide tailored support to children with varying needs and abilities, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
* Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in SEN education.
* Collaborate with teaching staff and contribute to the planning and implementation of educational activities.
* Monitor and report on the progress of children, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in a teaching assistant, learning support, or nursery school role is preferred.
* A passion for education and a commitment to supporting the development of children with diverse needs.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Willingness to engage in further training and professional development.
