As Senior Researcher, your responsibilities will include:
* Attending briefing calls and meetings alongside lead consultants.
* Conducting initial research into target organisations and industry sectors, maintaining, and making use of databases, online tools and the Ennis & Co network.
* Identifying a shortlist of candidates suitable for each search assignment.
* Completing verbal qualification of each candidate against agreed competencies and criteria for the role.
* Gaining candidate referrals from senior individuals and professional networks
* Being an advocate of a ‘class leading ‘candidate experience
We’re looking for a Senior Researcher with:
* Previous experience working as Recruitment Consultant or as a Researcher within an executive search firm.
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Able to initiate and develop professional relationships
* Aptitude to fully understand a client’s brief.
* Ability to work at pace and use own initiative.
* Competency of using the Microsoft suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
