* 40 hours per week
* This role is a mix of 24 hours on nursing shifts and 16 hours supernumerary shifts per week, full flexibility required

As a Clinical Deputy Manager at Telford Hall, your role will involve:
* Taking the lead in ensuring that outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to resident all times
* Supporting the Clinical Lead Nurse and Deputising for the Registered Manager in their absence
* Offer supervision, support and training to Nurse, Senior Carer and Care Assistant colleagues
* Ensuring at all times a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors

What are we looking for?
* Applicants should be dedicated, proactive and trustworthy RGNs or RMNs, with proven supervisory experience and either experience of, or a keen interest in, working in a nursing home environment
* Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as are an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work and a keen interest in the professional development of themselves and others
* Must be a Registered Nurse holding a valid NMC pin
