- Comfortable managing multiple projects in live environments.
- Comfortable covering projects in both Edinburgh and Glasgow.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and best practice.
- Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities without compromising quality.
- Relevant construction or management qualifications are advantageous.

In return:
- Secure, long-term workload with a prestigious repeat client.
- Varied project scopes and values, offering genuine day-to-day diversity.
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
