Job Description
We are partnered with a growing Software platform and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief of Staff to drive strategic planning, and operational post merger integration across the business.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment, ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, communicates with clarity, and knows how to turn plans into action.
The successful candidate will lead high-impact initiatives including M&A integration and commercial operations. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and founder to ensure that strategic priorities are translated into scalable, efficient, and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own end-to-end post merger integration of new business units, platforms, and capabilities, whether from M&A, new products, or operational restructuring.
2. Partner with finance, product, tech, ops, and commercial teams to ensure consistent execution and clear accountability.
3. Identify operational gaps and lead the design of streamlined processes and systems to improve scalability, efficiency, and insight.
4. Lead communication and training efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new strategies and processes across teams.
