We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Senior Conveyancing Paralegal to join our friendly and dynamic Derby,Loughborough & Market Harborough office. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
2. Preparing legal documentation and correspondence, including contracts, transfer deeds, and completion statements.
3. Carrying out searches, assisting with reports depending on experience and dealing with Land Registry applications.
4. Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
