Production Operatives Needed in Driffield
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established food production site in Driffield, specialising in frozen vegetables. With the busy pea season starting in June, we are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals seeking long-term, ongoing work.

A clear and achievable pay progression structure - starting at £[amount] per hour, with the opportunity to earn more as you progress.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, with hours of work including:
* 6am to 6pm
* 6pm to 6am
Due to the remote location, you must have your own transport or live locally.
Ongoing work may be available beyond the seasonal period for the right candidates.
Your Role as a Production Operative
As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:
* Operating on a production line handling frozen vegetables
* Sorting, packing, and ensuring quality control of produce
* Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food hygiene and safety standards
* Working efficiently in a chilled environment (suitable clothing provided)
* Remaining focused in a repetitive but straightforward role
Our Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong attention to detail and good concentration
* Reliability and punctuality, especially during peak season
* A positive attitude and good teamwork skills
* Flexibility to work day or night shifts on a rotating basis
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
