What You Will Be Doing
* Lead and deliver the Women’s National Academy Programme, creating a high‑performance environment for 18–23‑year‑old players.
* Oversee talent identification, selection, and individual development planning to support progression through the national pathway.
* Take on a senior coaching role within national age‑grade teams to strengthen the elite talent pipeline.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and pathway stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective player transitions.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience coaching at national age‑grade or professional level and leading player development programmes within a high‑performance environment.
* Strong programme leadership skills, including planning, organisation, budget management, and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities across clubs, universities, and performance partners.
* Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and judgement, with a clear commitment to athlete welfare and safeguarding.
