Security Compliance Manager Location: UK‑wide / Multi‑Site Sector: Security Services | Regulated & Healthcare Environments We’re looking for a Security Compliance Manager to ensure security operations are fully compliant, auditable and effective, while supporting operational delivery and growth across contracts, bids and frameworks. The role provides assurance to senior stakeholders that services meet all legal, regulatory and accreditation standards and that proposed security solutions are robust and deliverable. Key Responsibilities Lead security compliance across a multi‑site portfolio in line with SIA legislation, ACS, British Standards and company policies. Maintain compliance frameworks, including policies, procedures, audits, reporting and central records. Deliver regular audits and spot checks, producing clear reports and action plans. Manage risks relating to licensing, vetting, training, CCTV/data protection and incidents. Support contract mobilisations, ensuring SOPs, risk assessments and training are in place. Provide expert support during incidents, investigations and client escalations. Review rostering and deployment models for compliance, efficiency and accurate billing. Support bids and frameworks, reviewing solutions, staffing models and compliance content. Act as a key contact for clients, auditors and accreditation bodies, supporting ISO, NSI and ACS audits. Analyse audit findings and KPI trends to drive continuous improvement. Person Specification Proven experience in security management within a contract or multi‑site environment. Strong knowledge of SIA legislation, ACS requirements and security best practice. Experience in compliance, audit or assurance, with the ability to produce clear reports. Solid operational understanding of guarding and integrated security services. Experience supporting bids, tenders or frameworks. Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders. Highly organised, analytical and comfortable working autonomously and travelling to sites. SIA Licence and a recognised security or risk management qualification (or equivalent experience). Desirable: Experience in healthcare or regulated sectors, ISO/NSI exposure, bid writing, investigations or audit qualifications.
