Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing vehicles. The Mechanic will ensure vehicles operate efficiently and safely by performing routine maintenance and addressing mechanical issues.
Duties: - Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. - Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems. - Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to identify faults. - Perform vehicle alignments and suspension adjustments. - Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functioning after repairs. - Maintain detailed records of all work performed on vehicles.
Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role preferred but not required - Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and tools. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills: - Required Skills: Vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, repair, attention to detail, problem-solving. - Nice-to-Have Skills: Welding experience, electrical system diagnosis, HVAC system repair.
