We are working with an esteemed Belfast law firm who are seeking a Junior Associate Solicitor to join their Personal Injury practice.
The Role
The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Civil Litigation team, advising on a range of personal injury claims, including Road Traffic Accidents, Occupiers’ Liability, Public Liability, and Employers’ Liability (EL). Responsibilities include negotiating settlements, managing case documentation, preparing and issuing court documents, attend court hearings, and assist clients and witnesses through court procedures.
The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to participate in business development initiatives while managing client relationships.
Essential Criteria
* NQ-3 PQE;
* Strong background in personal injury & road traffic claims;
* Strong academics;
* Technically excellent;
* Negotiation skills;
* Willingness to become involved in business development;
* Ability to work independently and as a team.
