Responsibilities
* Support and motivate the in‑store team to achieve targets and surpass KPIs, exemplifying outstanding customer service.
* Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the team, and ensure back‑of‑house activities support the store’s commercial execution.
* Become an expert on hand‑crafted luxury products, and with regional manager support, nurture and develop the team to unlock their full potential and plan succession.
Qualifications
* Proven experience driving sales and profitability in a flagship store.
* Passion for fostering a culture of exemplary customer service.
* Understanding of local and global business strategy and ability to translate it into store, regional, and division KPIs.
* Strong data‑driven approach to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills needed to coach a high‑performing team.
* Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs.
