We are seeking a passionate and creative Drama Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Poole on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will:
* Inspire students across KS3 and KS4 through engaging and imaginative Drama lessons.
* Foster creativity, teamwork, and confidence in young people.
* Contribute to the school’s strong extracurricular programme, including school productions, theatre trips, and enrichment activities.
* Work collaboratively with a supportive staff team in a school that values the arts as a core part of its identity.
This role would suit an experienced Drama Teacher or an ECT with fresh ideas and energy, looking to make a real impact.
