Pursuit Specialist (Bid Coordinator) - (181942)

Our Pursuit Specialists are highly organized and thorough, managing responses from initiation to final decision. You will collaborate with business development, marketing leadership, project managers, and other stakeholders across North America.
* Lead pursuits from initiation through qualifications, proposal, interview, and selection phases, including all submittals.
* Manage large pursuit teams and meet high-pressure deadlines with diligence.
* Understand experience, knowledge, and project requirements for the program.
* Coordinate with project managers, marketers, subconsultants, and subject matter experts.
* Collaborate with writers and graphic designers.
* Evaluate and edit technical and non-technical proposal content.
* Gather past project experience and develop personnel resumes.
* Conduct market research, identify trends, and assist with capture planning.
* Maintain accurate pursuit status reports in CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications
* Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in person.
Required Qualifications
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign.
