Summary:
Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Administrator, initially on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. This is a full time, office based role in Inverness and duties include:
* Providing comprehensive accounts administration support to the team including matching good received notes on the system.
* Input and register Purchase ledger invoices for payment.
* Filing of paperwork.
* Updating and maintaining accurate supplier records.
* Daily use of MS office and financial software systems.
* Carrying out reconciliations.
* General administrative duties in support of the team.
