We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join a culinary team at a prestigious small luxury hotel located in the stunning Snowdonia National Park. This renowned venue, part of a unique collection of high-quality hospitality establishments, offers an exceptional dining experience.
Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:
Proven experience in a quality kitchen environment, ideally within a luxury or fine dining setting
A strong passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to creating exceptional food
Excellent skills with a keen eye for detail in food preparation and presentation
Ambitious individual aiming for success at the highest levels of the culinary industry
A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
Assist in leading the kitchen's daily operations to maintain and enhance the venue's culinary reputation
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and execute innovative menus using local and seasonal ingredients
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards
Manage kitchen inventory and equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle special requests and dietary requirements with creativity and care
