Group Reporting Manager
Location: Hertfordshire – hybrid
£80,000-£90,000 + Bens

What will you be doing?
As Group Reporting Manager, you will:
* Manage the Group’s financial consolidation process and help deliver accurate financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Preparation of reporting schedules and instructions across the wider Group to ensure consistent and timely submissions.
* Support the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems, and contribute to ongoing process and reporting improvements.
* Play a key role in periodic business performance reviews, helping enhance how financial results are explained and presented.
* Coordinate with auditors and subsidiaries to support the audit process and timely delivery of statutory accounts.
* Contribute to ad hoc projects—including working with the M&A team on non-routine transactions and corporate simplification efforts.
* Work closely with the Head of Group External Reporting to address technical accounting issues and help shape Group financial policies.
