Contract type: 12‑month Fixed‑Term Contract Working pattern: Hybrid 2 Vacancies available The Role: We are seeking two Senior Construction Managers – Capital Works to oversee the delivery of refurbishment, new‑build, and major capital projects across a diverse portfolio. Managing programmes up to £20m per year, you will lead projects from feasibility and procurement through to construction, handover, and financial close‑out. You will work closely with project managers, inspectors, consultants, contractors, and senior stakeholders to ensure projects meet required standards of programme, cost, quality, compliance, and governance.
