CAFM & Estate Information Systems Manager

Band 6 - 37.5 hours per week - 24 months fixed term contract
The Estate team is looking to develop further its existing CAFM, CAD and Estates Information systems to underpin the delivery of services going forward and to effectively manage all required building information. The management of these systems and the ability to demonstrate compliance regarding the many Regulations and Statutes is vital.
Main duties of the job
The Retained Estates Services requires a subject matter expert in CAFM and CAD systems to manage the day-to-day operations of the system and to support the delivery of Operational Maintenance planned and reactive workstreams and Minor Works projects. Using the skills that you have you will act as systems administrator and will oversee these systems, developing your knowledge and experience to provide a fit for purpose targeted management & compliance CAFM support and CAD service to the team using a range of systems.

Person Specification
Education/Knowledge and Qualifications
* Experience with performing various work activities which may be of a complex, demanding, routine or nonroutine nature.
* Specialist knowledge and experience in the use of CAFM/Asset Management reporting system
* AutoCAD Qualification and ability to review, manipulate/update drawings on an occasional basis
Experience
* Experience with performing various work activities which may be of a complex, demanding, routine or nonroutine nature.
* Working knowledge of IPR property management software tools and the operation of Planned Maintenance programmes
* Demonstrable experience of standard software programmes such as Microsoft Office Suite of products to include excel and PowerPoint
* Provide and receive complex information
* Knowledge and understanding of health technical memorandum HTM guidance relating to healthcare environment
* Experience of working in a healthcare environment
Communication
* Deliver training to a range of users of the CAD, CAFM and Quirepace systems in use any associated hardware via face-to-face sessions and online
* Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels in the Organisation and with service providers
Skills and Abilities
* Experience of using Microsoft suite and complex IT systems
* Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Frequent concentration required with an unpredictable work pattern
* Ability to interpret data and build reports using a range of techniques, data and information
