Compensation
* $20–25/hr, based on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage high-volume business-to-business collections activity
* Build relationships with customers to resolve outstanding invoices
* Research and resolve account discrepancies and payment issues
* Process payments and account adjustments accurately
* Communicate regularly with internal teams to coordinate billing or credit matters
* Assist with credit reviews and customer account setups
* Support other credit team members as needed
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
* Corporate (B2B) collections experience
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency in Excel; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
* Professional, self-motivated approach to resolving issues
