We are delighted to be supporting a large hospitality business in the search for a Strategic People Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's people strategy and enabling future growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially-minded HR professional who thrives on working at pace and partnering with senior leaders to deliver real business impact.
The Role
As a Strategic People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team and Heads of Department, ensuring talent, culture, and workforce strategies are fully aligned with organisational priorities. This is a role with true breadth, spanning:
Strategic People Partnership - shaping people strategies that drive business transformation, performance, and capability building.
Organisational Design & Workforce Planning - partnering with Finance to lead headcount planning and talent structures that balance agility with financial discipline.
Leadership Development - coaching senior leaders to build high-performing, accountable teams, while also developing and inspiring junior HR colleagues.
Talent Strategy - driving succession planning, internal mobility, and skills-based hiring to ensure readiness for the future.
Colleague Experience & Culture - embedding inclusive practices, wellbeing initiatives, and engagement strategies that foster a sense of belonging and purpose.
Employee Relations - acting as a point of escalation, balancing commercial risk with fairness, compliance, and company values.
People Data & Insight - leveraging data to influence, inform, and shape strategic decision-making.
Policy & Governance - ensuring policies remain modern, compliant, and progressive.
About You
We are looking for a credible HR leader who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will bring:
Proven experience as a People Business Partner (or equivalent) in a complex, fast-paced environment - ideally multi site
Strong commercial acumen and an ability to translate business needs into people solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to influence at senior levels.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and change, with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
Expertise in UK employment law and best practice HR.
A passion for shaping culture, engagement, and inclusive workplaces.
