Experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager - The Seaview Hotel & Restaurant
The Seaview Hotel & Restaurant are looking for a dynamic, team-oriented Restaurant & Bar Manager to work alongside Head Chef Liam Frisby to deliver one of the best dining experiences on the Isle of Wight.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years hospitality experience being a hands‑on manager in a fast‑paced setting and be looking towards furthering his or her career within a well established, award‑winning restaurant & bar.
Applicants must be confident, possess excellent communication skills, with a high attention to detail and lead‑from‑the‑front attitude at all times.
You will be leading a team of between eight and fourteen staff throughout the year.
