The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of key products within our portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker who can define vision, prioritize effectively, and work cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives.
You will play a critical role in shaping product strategy, guiding execution, and ensuring every initiative contributes to long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
* Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
* Translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps.
* Prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, feasibility, and ROI.
Execution & Delivery
* Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality releases.
* Write clear product requirements and user stories.
* Lead sprint planning and backlog prioritisation.
* Ensure timely delivery while maintaining product quality and user experience standards.
Customer & Market Insight
* Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback.
* Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making.
* Monitor product performance and iterate based on results.
Performance & Growth
* Define KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives.
* Drive continuous improvement through testing and optimization.
* Identify opportunities for expansion, enhancement, or new product development.
Qualifications
* 6–10+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
* Demonstrated success delivering digital or technology-enabled products.
* Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
* Experience working within Agile or hybrid development environments.
* Ability to analyze data and convert insights into strategic actions.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
