Paradigm Housing Group is seeking a skilled and driven Structural Repairs Technician to join our Property Services team. If you're experienced in bricklaying, groundworks and landscaping and take pride in delivering high-quality, lasting repairs, this role offers the chance to make a real impact across our housing portfolio. What You'll Be Doing Working independently and to a high standard, you'll carry out day-to-day repairs and external maintenance across our properties, including brickwork, patios, and fencing. You'll interpret technical specifications, prepare materials, and deliver safe, durable results, always with a focus on customer care and compliance. This will be a mobile role, working across our entire property portfolio with occasion visits to our Head Office in Wooburn Green, High Wycombe or our Stores Room in Chesham. If successful, you'll receive a branded company van and fuel card for business usage. Key responsibilities include: Constructing and repairing brick walls, patios, and fencing using a range of tools and materials Reading and analysing specifications, marking out accurate layouts Mixing mortar and preparing materials to correct consistency Installing insulation, drainage systems, vapor barriers, and vents Inspecting damage and estimating labour and material costs Maintaining van stock and minimising waste Removing debris and protecting work areas from adverse weather Using hand tools and equipment such as scaffolding and ladders Completing documentation accurately and on time Adhering to health and safety procedures and reporting risks Supporting apprentices or junior colleagues when required What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who's confident working unsupervised, with strong technical skills and a commitment to delivering first-time fixes. You'll be a clear communicator, a team player, and someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards.
