The Role
We're looking for a Graduate Trainee to join our sales team and start building a career in technology sales. This is an entry-level role where you'll learn how to engage with sports clubs, retailers, and venue operators, supporting senior colleagues in bringing ERP, POS, and managed service solutions to market.
You'll gain hands-on experience in business development, client engagement, and technology sales, with full training and support from experienced consultants and sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the sales function with prospect research, outreach, and pipeline management
* Learn how to identify client needs and position ERP, POS, and SaaS solutions
* Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
* Join discovery calls, demos, and client meetings alongside senior sales executives
* Represent BC4 at events and industry conferences (with mentorship and training)
* Develop your skills in using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and modern sales techniques
* Work towards personal sales targets as you grow in confidence and experience
Who We're Looking For
You don't need years of sales experience - we'll provide full training. What matters most is attitude, curiosity, and ambition.

* A recent graduate (business, marketing, IT, or related field)
* Someone with early sales or customer-facing experience (retail, telesales, internships, part-time jobs)
* A sports or retail enthusiast with an interest in how technology transforms industries
