Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Systems Data Analyst for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will manage and analyse HR data, ensure the integrity of HR systems, and provide insights to support HR decision-making. A primary focus will be on data mapping, system integration, and supporting system implementation and data transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various systems.
2. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems.
3. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance data processes and systems.
4. Focus on data mapping and alignment for system integrations.
5. Support system implementation and data transformation initiatives.
6. Manage stakeholder relationships and gather data requirements.
7. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support HR initiatives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in data analysis and HR systems management.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with HR software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Kronos, Zellis/Resource Link).
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience in data mapping, system alignment, and data transformation.
