You'll be joining one of the most respected Finance employers in Greater Manchester. The team is well-established, and recruitment usually happens due to internal moves or business growth. The role offers flexible, hybrid working, with three days from home each week and an early 1pm finish on Fridays. This position sits within Financial Control and plays a key role in the Order to Cash process. You'll be responsible for managing and resolving customer disputes, reviewing aged debt, and supporting efficient debtor ledger management. As a key business partner, you'll work closely with commercial teams, shared service colleagues, and external stakeholders. You'll help drive query resolution, support credit control processes, and ensure financial governance and compliance. You'll also contribute to cash flow forecasting and assist with audit activity when required. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit control within a fast-paced environment, strong stakeholder management skills, and a solid understanding of accounts receivable processes. You'll need to be detail-oriented, commercially aware, confident working independently, and able to build strong, cross-functional relationships. Strong Excel skills are essential, and experience with ERP systems would be a plus.
