The Role
You will work on a varied and engaging caseload covering the full spectrum of employment law, including:
1. High-value employment disputes
2. Employment Tribunal litigation and advocacy support
3. Complex discrimination and whistleblowing matters
4. Executive exits and settlement agreements
5. Industrial relations issues
6. Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
7. Potential involvement in High Court proceedings

Candidate Profile

8. Qualified Solicitor (NQ+ PQE)
