Medical organisation require a meticulous customer-focused External Supplies Co-ordinator to assist the team during a busy period. Your role will be instrumental in reducing facility downtime and ensuring the smooth delivery of supplies to both clients and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate supply requests across the organisation
Liaise with internal teams including Helpdesk, Warehouse, and Sales & Service
Process supply orders and track deliveries, including international shipments
Use ticketing software to manage job assignments and completion
Expedite urgent requests and manage supply returns and complaints
Ensure accurate billing and resolve order discrepancies
Generate reports for stakeholders and escalate critical issues where necessary
Collaborate with suppliers to improve delivery timelines and service design
Skills & Experience
Proven administration experience
Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Effective written and verbal communication in English
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data
Friendly, polite, and calm under pressure
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
