What the role involves As our Registered Manager, you’ll lead from the front – inspiring, supporting and developing a dedicated team of Care & Support Workers and Team Leaders to deliver truly personalised, high-quality care. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our services not only meet but exceed CQC standards, building a culture of openness, continuous improvement and accountability throughout your team. You’ll play a key role in fostering strong relationships with the people we support, their families, healthcare professionals and commissioning bodies. Your leadership will help ensure that every individual receives the tailored support they need to thrive. From planning effective rotas and managing resources to maintaining robust records and handling budgets, you’ll be at the centre of day-to-day service delivery – always with a focus on safety, empowerment and person-centred outcomes. This is a hands-on role where visibility matters. You’ll be actively involved in solving problems, mentoring staff and driving positive change across the service. Flexibility is important – including being available for early mornings, evenings, weekends and on-call responsibilities when needed – because your leadership sets the tone for the whole team.
