We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities & Governance Manager to manage and oversee all aspects of facilities management and ensure Organisational compliance with Health & Safety and Estates Management regulations, and to implement and review robust systems and processes in order to maintain and champion a culture of safety across the Organisation.

Job responsibilities
MainDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Leadon Health & Safety across the Organisation, including fire safety.
2. Line manageindividual Heads of Catering, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
3. Undertakefocused/themed periodical internal inspections.
4. Implementand maintain service performance monitoring systems.
5. Overseeaudit completion for Catering, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
6. Ensureall management reports have annual appraisal and periodic supervision.
7. Build andmaintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, external agencies and widerbusiness stakeholders.
8. Co-ordinateordering requirements for all support services.
9. Ensurethat all relevant Health & Safety related documentation is up to date anddetails The Chaseley Trust commitment to a culture of safety.
10. Ensurea risk assessment process is in place that incorporates all Health & Safetyrisks across the Organisation.
11. Participate in daily Senior Management Team meetings.
General:
