* Own key systems and applications within the Portfolio and deliver detailed programme cost benefit analysis, full end to end cost management and phases of delivery.
* Coordinate resources with direct and indirect management of SMEs, project managers, business analysts, architects and other key resources responsible for end to end technology change delivery.
* Ensure delivery adheres to appropriate standards and industry best practice, maintains systems availability, manages and mitigates risks, horizon scans for emerging risks and works closely with Line 2, Line 3, Technology teams, and SMEs.
* Build and evolve a high performing team aligned to business unit strategy, Intact values and LSF, delivering to time, cost and quality through effective governance, reporting and communication with stakeholders

Your skills and experience:

* Significant experience successfully managing multi-million-pound major programmes from inception to completion with a technology bias and experience across all parts of the end to end delivery cycle.
* Multi-year experience delivering material objectives using iterative delivery models that include leading teams through the transition from waterfall to more iterative ways of working.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high performing teams, evolving team mindset and thinking across different stages of the delivery.
* Extensive leadership and decision making skills including excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to translate across all levels of the business and effectively influence, inform, and manage senior stakeholders and business counterparts.
* Experience in identifying, documenting, analysing and managing issues, risks, benefits and ambiguity, set standards for business change delivery, drive consistent adoption and partner effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes.
* Background in financial services and insurance preferred with knowledge of business operations including policy administration, claims and fulfilment, and experience contributing to the reinvention of end to end technology and change execution models while building and developing assets to support business unit strategy and culture.
