About the team:
Are you an Accountant seeking a new opportunity? Look no further! Our client, a prominent Independent Accountancy Firm in the Chester is now expanding due to growth and is on the lookout for a talented individual to join their team.
Responsibilities of the Accountant Job:
* Addressing client queries with HMRC
* Managing the preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns
* Compiling personal tax computations and returns
* Provision of bookkeeping and management accounting services
* Maintenance of up-to-date accounting records for clients
* Preparation of annual accounts and corporation tax returns
Requirements of the Accountant Job:
* Will need ideally at least 2+ years’ experience within a UK accountancy firm.
* AAT qualification preferred, but not essential.
* Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage or Xero.
