The ward consists of a multidisciplinary team including healthcare assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, speech and language therapists, doctors, and consultants.
Patients are offered therapeutic activities by the occupational therapy team, and their care is reviewed regularly during ward rounds and other multidisciplinary team meetings.

2. Coordinating and implementing the nursing care plan for each patient, and updating the multidisciplinary team on progress.
3. Providing leadership to healthcare workers through supervision and appraisal, working under the guidance of the Clinical Manager.
