Qualifications
* At least 2 years’ experience in an accounts or credit control role
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident communication skills—both written and verbal
* A proactive, flexible and positive approach to their role with a focus on improving the customer experience
* The resilience to learn from challenges and confidence to contribute ideas for process improvements
What will your role look like?
Key responsibilities
* Monitor the Credit Control Inbox & respond to queries quickly and efficiently
* Investigate and resolve customer disputes within your section of aged debt
* Process authorised credit notes quickly and accurately
* Post and allocate cash receipts accurately and timely
* Handle credit‑stopped new orders and raise invoices as required
* Generate Credit Control Process letters
* Upload invoices to customer external portals when requested
* Collect payments via Direct Collection system
