This exciting role as a Behaviour Graduate Support Mentor is specifically designed to help high achieving graduates build paid experience prior to starting teacher training, or Educational Psychology careers, and come with training and support from the host school.
Behaviour Graduate Support Mentor – JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Starting September – Full time, long term role
2. Monday – Friday hours
3. Paid £460 – £560 per week (term time)
4. Working closely with the inclusion and SEN departments
5. Work 1:1 with pupils

Behaviour Graduate Support Mentor – PERSON SPECIFICATION
9. Behaviour Support – Primary school
10. 2:1 or higher degree – essential
11. Strong academic background – Good A-Level & GCSE results
12. Passion for Education and supporting young people
13. Strong communication skills
14. Previous experience with challenging behaviour – essential
15. SEN experience – desirable
16. Ability to build relationships with pupils with behavioural and additional needs
