Key Responsibilities Commission, operate, and maintain advanced waste-to-energy systems, ensuring optimal performance across client sites. Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, delivering responsive troubleshooting and operational support. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to enhance engineering and operational practices. Provide technical feedback and insights to the design and development teams to drive continuous product improvement. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity, rapid issue resolution, and a strong customer experience. Candidate Requirements Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering (or related discipline). Hands-on experience with mechanical systems and troubleshooting in energy-from-waste (EfW), anaerobic digestion (AD), or wastewater environments. Working knowledge of HSEQ standards and on-site best practices. Basic electrical competency and a full, clean UK driving licence. Self-motivated, adaptable, and action-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Whats on Offer Competitive salary between £30,000 and £35,000, with regular performance reviews.
