What youll be doing: Assisting the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day operations.
Supervising, training, and motivating the brasserie team to deliver excellent service.
Ensuring compliance with food and beverage policies, standards and procedures.
Leading by example to create memorable guest experiences.
Driving sales, boosting profitability, and maintaining high service standards.
Assisting with budgets, staff rotas, and general administration.
Overseeing cash handling, stock control, and security procedures.
About you: At least 3 years experience in a supervisory role within a high-end restaurant or 4/5-star hotel.
Strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency with Micros systems is an advantage.
Flexible, reliable and happy to work varied shifts (between 6:00 am 11:30 pm, including weekends).
