Position: Air Freight Operator High-Growth Start-Up Freight Forwarder Location: Weybridge, Surrey | Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high-performing start-up freight forwarding business that is already exceeding expectations. Despite being newly established, the company has secured long-term clients and consistent business, and is now looking to hire its first operational team member. This is a pivotal role within the business, offering genuine long-term progression and the chance to help shape operations as the company continues to grow. The Role You will be responsible for managing end-to-end air freight operations, with a strong focus on exports. This is a hands-on position where you will play a key role in day-to-day operations and support the wider commercial growth of the business.
