Job Description
* Advising on corporate transactions including M&A, restructurings and investments
* Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and governance documents
* Managing client relationships and supporting business development activity
* Working closely with colleagues across departments on cross-practice matters
* Contributing to the development of the firm's regional presence
The Successful Applicant
* A solicitor or equivalent with at least 1 year PQE in corporate law
* Experienced in advising on M&A or other corporate matters, either in-house or in private practice
* Comfortable managing a varied workload and dealing with clients directly
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Ideally with an interest in or connection to the Highlands or Moray (not essential)
