<div><h3>Clinic Coordinator</h3><p>The closing date is 28 June 2026.</p><p>An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive administrator for our Allergy Clinic.</p><p>We are looking for an organised, proactive professional with strong communication, leadership and IT skills, and experience in a busy administrative environment, for the role of Clinic Coordinator.</p><p>You will have a strong commitment to patient‑centred care, with the ability to remain calm and professional in a complex multi‑disciplinary environment. You will work closely with other administrative teams, clinicians and managers to ensure safe, efficient delivery of the Allergy Service to our patients.</p><p>In return, you will join an outstanding organisation committed to staff development, wellbeing and delivering excellent, patient‑focused care.</p><h3>Main duties of the job</h3><ul><li>Responsible for coordinating the Allergy service working closely with the clinical, administrative and management teams to prioritise high risk patients.</li><li>Manage the new and follow‑up booking processes, and ensure that patients are booked in priority order.</li><li>Produce performance reports and weekly Patient Tracking Lists using complex data, and present these to wide audiences including the Trusts Head of Elective Access, Operational Management and Clinicians.</li><li>Line manage the allergy administrative booking and tracking teams.</li><li>Provide cross cover as required for pathway tracking, outpatient procedure and day case booking duties at times of absence and high demand.</li></ul><h3>About us</h3><p>Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust comprises Addenbrookes Hospital and the Rosie Hospital in Cambridge.
