Estate Agency Sales Valuer Role - Didcot
Our client, a well-established and successful estate agency with offices nationwide, is seeking an experienced Sales Valuer for their Didcot branch.
This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with a professional approach to problem-solving within Residential Sales.
Working Hours:
Full-time, including alternating Saturdays.
What the Successful Sales Valuer Will Receive:
* Up to £29,700 basic salary

Key Duties:
* Assist the manager in organizing the office diary to prioritize key activities
* Help the branch achieve a large active market share in the area
* Ensure staff adhere to business priorities and deliver exceptional customer service
* Provide outstanding customer service to encourage referrals and recommendations
* Manage viewing bookings effectively, creating urgency and setting expectations regarding offer levels
* Meet or exceed personal and branch activity and income targets
