About the Role This is a permanent, full-time position offering a vibrant and supportive working environment. You will play a key role in learning how to oversee front-of-house operations and lead a dynamic team of 28 staff members. As a Trainee Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be developed and supported to grow into a future leadership position within the business. Key Responsibilities Support senior management in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. Learn how to lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Assist with staff training, recruitment, and onboarding. Help manage stock levels and assist with budgeting and cost control. Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service. Handle customer feedback professionally and uphold high service standards. Candidates We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Some previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality (e.g., Supervisor, Senior Waiter/Waitress, Shift Leader). A genuine passion for delivering excellent service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop into a leadership role.
