Senior Talent Consultant at Energi People
Are you a detail-driven BIM Technician who thrives on precision, collaboration, and creative problem-solving? Join a forward-thinking engineering consultancy that’s shaping a more sustainable and human-focused built environment — one project at a time.
In this role, you’ll be part of a passionate digital design team working on landmark projects across sectors such as Healthcare, Education, Residential, and Commercial. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and digital specialists to deliver data-rich, coordinated models that bring buildings to life.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating and managing detailed 3D models and 2D outputs using Autodesk Revit
* Setting up, maintaining, and coordinating MEP models across disciplines
* Identifying and resolving design clashes through proactive collaboration
* Supporting information management and CDE platforms (e.g., BIM 360 / ACC)
* Enhancing workflows through automation tools like Dynamo, DiRoots, and RF Tools
* Sharing knowledge, ideas, and innovation across a supportive digital engineering community
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience delivering MEP projects in Revit
* Understanding of clash detection, CDE workflows, and automation tools
* Knowledge of the BS EN ISO 19650 standards
* Confidence to manage modelling responsibilities independently
* A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
* Experience with AutoCAD, Solibri, or Excel
* Interest in visual programming or automation (e.g., Dynamo)
