We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly organised Field Care Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Eastleigh and surrounding areas. What You’ll Do: As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll be the vital link between our office team, our clients, and our fantastic carers. Your key responsibilities will include: * Supervising and Supporting Carers: Providing ongoing guidance, mentorship, and support to our care team, ensuring they feel valued and equipped to deliver outstanding care. * Conducting Assessments and Reviews: Carrying out initial client assessments, developing comprehensive care plans, and regularly reviewing care packages to ensure they meet evolving needs. * Quality Assurance: Monitoring and maintaining the highest standards of care delivery, conducting spot checks, and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies. * Client Liaison: Building strong relationships with clients and their families, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. * Rota Management Support: Assisting care co-ordinator with the creation and management of care rotas to ensure effective and efficient service delivery. * On-Call Duties: Participating in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support and guidance (details to be discussed). * Training and Development: Identifying training needs for carers and contributing to their ongoing professional development. What We’re Looking For: * Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or senior care role within a home care setting is essential. * Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is required. * Knowledge: Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in home care. * Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Compassion: A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. * Organisation: Exceptional organisational and time management abilities. * Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this field-based role. * IT Proficiency: Comfortable using IT systems for record-keeping and communication.
