Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you'll join a collaborative team and play a vital role in delivering smart, personalised campaigns that connect with audiences across multiple touchpoints.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Develop and deliver smart CRM strategies that boost engagement, loyalty, and retention
* Plan and execute targeted, multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, MMS, app) to drive audience growth and repeat visits
* Use tools like Dot Digital to build personalised, data-driven campaigns and test what works
* Create impactful email content using design systems and HTML - making tweaks as needed to optimise performance
* Analyse customer data to unlock insights, power segmentation, and shape future strategy
* Track campaign performance and turn results into clear, actionable recommendations
* Map and refine customer journeys to enhance every step of the experience
* Confidently present strategies and outcomes to internal stakeholders and commercial partners
