Responsibilities
* Assisting with arranging and organising the Initial and Review conferences
* Setting up virtual and face‑to‑face meetings and collating reports for conferences
* Taking comprehensive minutes of the meetings
* Distributing minutes and outcomes to conference attendees within statutory timelines
* Taking complex, multi‑agency minutes of conferences (experience of accurate and efficient minute taking required)
* Supporting the smooth running of conferences
Qualifications
* NVQ Administration Level 3 or equivalent or proven experience working in an administrative role
* Demonstrated effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
* Ability to work as part of a team and under supervision
* Effective organisational skills; the ability to plan, develop and prioritise work
* Accurate literacy skills to ensure correct information is collated and processed
* Good systems skills and proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
* Experience of using computer software packages to produce accurate, well‑presented documents
* Demonstrable ability to handle cash and record and monitor payments in line with financial procedures
* Experience of taking comprehensive minutes at conferences or multi‑agency meetings
* Specified level of spoken English as per the person specification (customer‑facing role under the fluency duty)
