Key Account Manager – Amazon
Salary – £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Location: West London / Hybrid (c.3 days a week in the office)

We’re supporting a fast‑growing consumer brand in the search for a Key Account Manager—someone who lives and breathes the Amazon ecosystem and knows how to turn insight into measurable impact. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind activation plans that deliver strong commercial results, working within a collaborative Amazon team to connect marketing, creative, and trading functions so every launch, campaign and key moment performs at its best.
What you’ll be doing:
* Develop & lead cross‑functional activation plans for new product launches and priority events.
* Ensure best‑in‑class content quality and customer experience across all product listings.
* Partner closely with marketing & advertising teams to deliver joined‑up, high‑impact campaigns.
* Lead initiatives that strengthen ratings, reviews and overall brand perception.
* Track trends, analyse performance data and support the team in staying ahead of competitors.
* Contribute to ongoing testing and optimisation to improve on‑site performance.
What you’ll bring:
* 2+ years’ experience working with Amazon (vendor or seller side).
* A proven track record of delivering results through insight‑led, data‑driven planning.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
* A hands‑on, proactive, commercially focused mindset.
* Experience within a consumer‑facing or FMCG environment is advantageous.
* An additional European language (ideally German, Dutch, or Polish) is a strong plus, but not essential.
